Pål M. Reed is co-founder of HitecVision, and joined the team in 2005 as a partner.

Prior to this he was Chief Investment Officer of Argentum Fondsinvesteringer, the Norwegian State’s PE fund investor.

His previous experience includes several years heading private investment companies; being responsible for structured finance at the Kreditkassen bank; and as partner and managing director of companies in the Pareto Group, a Norwegian investment bank.

His long investment experience makes him an important resource in transactions, in particular structuring and negotiation.

Pål is educated at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and at the universities of Oslo, Bergen and Paris Sorbonne.

Anders Garneng joined HitecVision in 2021. He is currently involved in projects within renewable energy and energy transition.

During his studies, Anders worked as analyst at Nordea Markets, and had an internship at Norsk Hydro.

Anders holds an MSc in Business with Major in Finance at the BI Norwegian Business School.

Nina Nordfjell joined HitecVision in 2022 She is responsible for organizing the administrative activities at the Oslo office, as well as supporting the management and operation of various administrative projects.

Nina joined HitecVision from a position as Executive Assistant at Egon Zehnder. She has wide experience from various roles within administration and the travel industry, working for companies in investment banking, property, and air transport.

Elisabeth Haavardsholm became a member of the corporate team in 2018. Prior to joining HitecVision, she has held several positions within the service industry.

Elisabeth holds a BA in Business Finance from the California State University. She has also taken further studies in Databases: application in data modelling with EER and UML notation.

Arne Trondsen joined the HitecVision team in 2008. He joined from Argentum Fondsinvesteringer AS, the Norwegian States PE fund investor managing approximately NOK 10 billion, where he was Chief Investment Officer. His work experience includes management consulting with McKinsey & Co. and Boston Consulting Group in London, as well as experience from direct and PE fund investments.

Arne has a degree in economics and an MBA from Northwestern University, USA.
