HitecVision is committed to fostering a culture and a general conduct of respect for internationally recognized human rights and seeks to avoid causing or contributing to any adverse human rights impacts of our own or through our portfolio companies and other business relationships. HitecVision is subject to the Norwegian Act relating to enterprises’ transparency and work on fundamental human rights and decent working conditions (the Transparency Act). Pursuant to the Transparency Act, HitecVision shall carry out due diligence in accordance with the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and at least annually publish an account of the due diligence assessments. The account shall be published in Norwegian.
