Line Ebeltoft Huglen joined HitecVision in 2026 from the position as Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. During her time at Bain & Company she worked on client engagements across diverse sectors including private equity, healthcare, and energy, supporting priorities such as due diligence, growth initiatives, and post-merger integration.

Line holds an MSc in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU.

Anita Sundby joined HitecVision in 2025 as an Executive Assistant to the CEO.

Anita brings with her extensive experience from Altor Equity Partners, where she has worked as an Executive Assistant for over seven years. Prior to that, she held the position as Lead Receptionist at Nike Norway.

Erik Årstad Gilje joined HitecVision in 2024 from the position as Investment Banking Analyst at Nordea, where he has primarily worked with M&A in the infrastructure segment.

His previous experience includes internships at Equip Capital and Argentum Asset Management.

Erik holds a master’s degree in financial economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Erik Risvold Ystgård joined HitecVision in 2023 from the position as Investment Associate at Aker Horizons, working on new investments, active ownership of portfolio companies and new partnership opportunities across the energy transition.

His previous experience includes two years at Aker Offshore Wind, his latest position being Head of Investment Analysis, and two years at Ørsted as Senior Financial Analyst.

Erik holds an MSc in Energy Finance & Markets from the University of Edinburgh.

Sofie Flaate joined HitecVision in 2023 from the position as Associate at Nordea Investment Banking, Debt Solutions & Loans. She joined Nordea Markets, FX sales & Distributions as a Graduate, and moved on to Large Corporate & Institutions as Relationship Manager.

Sofie holds a Master of Arts with Honours in Business Management.

Endre Mehus Ivarson joined HitecVision in 2023 from the position as Strategy Consultant at EY Parthenon, where he worked with commercial due diligence processes for both sell-side and buy-side clients.

Endre holds an MSc Finance & Accounting at Imperial College Business School.

Synne Wakeford-Wesmann joined HitecVision in 2023 from the position as Associate with the Renewable Infrastructure Investment team at Norges Bank Investment Management.

Her previous experience includes more than four years in Pareto Securities, lastly as Partner in their Equity Research department, and she has held positions and internships with Nordea and OECD in Paris.

Synne holds an MSc Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics.

Ingrid Alba Heggernes joined HitecVision in 2023. She supports the management and operation of various administrative activities across the organisation.

Prior to joining HitecVision Ingrid Alba has worked as a receptionist at ABG Sundal Collier, where she worked with a variety of administrative tasks.

Anders Forgaard Drage joined HitecVision in 2022, from Investment Banking at SpareBank 1 Markets, where he participated in several projects involving M&A sell-side and buy-side advisory, capital raises and investment analysis within the renewable energy sector. Previously, he worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company.

Anders holds an MSc in Advanced Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School.

Sunniva Landmark Bjørnstad joined HitecVision in 2014 from DNB, where she worked as an analyst within the energy sector.

Sunniva currently focuses on energy transition and renewables investments, actively engaged in the development of Vårgrønn in its expansion to become a European company.

In her first years at HitecVision her responsibilities were primarily within the oil and gas sector, where she was a key member of the team developing Vår Energi and also worked with various energy service investments.

Sunniva holds an MSc in Industrial Economics from the University of Stavanger.
