Celia Li joined HitecVision in 2026 from Jefferies, where she held the position of Director within debt advisory for the Power & Utilities sector.

Her prior experience includes four years at HSBC working with O&G Reserve Based Lending and Infrastructure finance, and three years at RBS focusing on Real Estate financing, NPL structuring and Loan Capital Markets.

Celia holds a Master’s degree in Financial Risk Management from University College London.

Anastasia Gorencova joined HitecVision in 2025. She has worked two years as an Investment Analyst at Brookfield Infrastructure Partners, working on origination and execution as a part of the infrastructure team, with focus on digital infrastructure and transport.

Her previous experience also includes one year as an Investment Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank.

Anastasia holds an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge and a BSc (Hons) in Business with Finance from Bayes Business School.

Rachael Clark joined NEO Energy and HitecVision’s Office in London in 2021. She comes from the position of Executive Assistant and Office Manager at RockRose Energy, and previously Marathon Oil.

She is responsible for supporting the operation of various administrative activities in the London Office, including management support, welcoming visitors and coordinating meetings.

Anna Guthrie joined HitecVision in 2024, from the position as Investment Banking Analyst at RBC Capital Markets in London. She has worked in a market leading European infrastructure team focused on the energy transition, including advising on transactions within renewable power, sustainable fuels and EV charging.

Her previous experience includes internships at Bartra Wealth Advisors Ltd in Shanghai and Deloitte in Dublin.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) International with Mandarin from the University College Dublin.

Hector joined HitecVision in 2023 from the position as Associate at Macquarie Asset Management in London, where he most recently was part of the European Opportunistic Real Estate team. Prior to Macquarie, he spent almost four years with PwC in London where he also became a qualified chartered accountant.

Hector holds a BSc in International Economics, Management and Finance from Bocconi University in Milan.

Nipun Narang joined Hitecvision in 2023 as a Partner and is based at our London office.

Nipun has extensive experience across infrastructure sub-sectors with a focus on energy. His most recent position was Director, Infrastructure M&A at DC Advisory in London where he worked for over four years advising European infrastructure funds and corporates. Before this, he worked for about four years as a Senior Investment Manager at Sustainable Development Capital LLP in London investing in clean energy, energy efficiency and decentralised generation.

His previous experience also includes four years at Larsen and Toubro Infrastructure Fund and two years at Reliance Industries.

Nipun holds an MBA in Finance from XLRI Jamshedpur, India. He has also cleared all three levels of CFA.

Nikolay Iankov joined HitecVision in 2020 based at our London office.

Nikolay has extensive experience in oil and gas and infrastructure financing. His most recent position was head of EMEA upstream financing at HSBC Global Banking and Markets. Before this he worked as Director Energy, Metals and Infrastructure Finance at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, with focus on assets in EMEA, Asia and Latin America.

His previous experience also includes four years at Shell Downstream, six years at BNP Paribas and two years at the Bulgarian National Electric Company.

Nikolay holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Master in Finance at the Universitè de Bourgogne, and an MSc of International Economic Relations from the University of National and World Economy, Bulgaria.
