Hector will join HitecVision in 2023 from the position as Associate at Macquarie Asset Management in London, where he most recently was part of the European Opportunistic Real Estate team. Prior to Macquarie, he spent almost four years with PwC in London where he also became a qualified chartered accountant.

Hector holds a BSc in International Economics, Management and Finance from Bocconi University in Milan.

Nipun Narang joined Hitecvision in 2023 as a Partner and is based at our London office.

Nipun has extensive experience across infrastructure sub-sectors with a focus on energy. His most recent position was Director, Infrastructure M&A at DC Advisory in London where he worked for over four years advising European infrastructure funds and corporates. Before this, he worked for about four years as a Senior Investment Manager at Sustainable Development Capital LLP in London investing in clean energy, energy efficiency and decentralised generation.

His previous experience also includes four years at Larsen and Toubro Infrastructure Fund and two years at Reliance Industries.

Nipun holds an MBA in Finance from XLRI Jamshedpur, India. He has also cleared all three levels of CFA.

Nikolay Iankov joined HitecVision in 2020 based at our London office.

Nikolay has extensive experience in oil and gas and infrastructure financing. His most recent position was head of EMEA upstream financing at HSBC Global Banking and Markets. Before this he worked as Director Energy, Metals and Infrastructure Finance at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, with focus on assets in EMEA, Asia and Latin America.

His previous experience also includes four years at Shell Downstream, six years at BNP Paribas and two years at the Bulgarian National Electric Company.

Nikolay holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Master in Finance at the Universitè de Bourgogne, and an MSc of International Economic Relations from the University of National and World Economy, Bulgaria.

John Knight joined HitecVision in 2018, at our London office.

John joined the HitecVision team from the position as Executive Vice President, Global Strategy & Business Development at Equinor. He has 16 years’ experience from Equinor, where he has held several central managerial positions in International Operations, mainly in business development. Between 1987 and 2002, he held various positions in energy investment banking. From 1977 to 1985, he qualified and then worked as a barrister/lawyer, after which he worked for Shell Petroleum in London from 1985-1987.

John has first and post-graduate degrees in law from Cambridge University and the Inns of Court School of Law in London.

Anna Lane joined NEO Energy and HitecVision’s shared London office in 2019 as Executive Assistant to NEO’s CEO.

She is responsible for organizing all administrative activities at the London office, as well as supporting the management and operation of various administrative projects.

Anna has held senior roles in Business Administration and Business Advisory in several companies including Morgan Stanley and a private Political & Security Consultancy in London.
