Antonio Pace joined HitecVision’s Milan office at the end of 2022, from the position as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Fondo Italiano d’Investimento SGR, Italy’s largest institutional investor in private capital. He brings extensive knowledge and experience from the Italian and European industry.

Prior to that he was Managing Founder of the Morgan Stanley Investcorp Geo-Risk Fund in New York. His previous experience includes more than 10 years with the investment bank Credit Suisse First Boston as Managing Director Head of Strategic Equity, between London and Milan, 10 years at Morgan Stanley International Limited in London and was co-heading strategic equity risks in southern Europe at Société Generale.

Antonio Pace is a Professor of “Risk Management” at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, a member of the Advisory Board of the EMCFB of the SDA Bocconi School of Management, and formerly a Professor of International Financial Markets at Università Bocconi, his alma mater. He is FSA certified and he furthered his studies at INSEAD in Fontainebleau (SGCIB Investment Banking program) and at the London School of Economics (MS Investment Banking program).

Marisa Tardugno joined HitecVision’s office in Milan in 2022. She comes from the position as Office Manager and Executive Assistant at Nova Equity Partners. She is responsible for organizing all administrative activities at the Milan office, as well as supporting the management and operation of various administrative projects.

Previously, she worked as Office Manager and Executive Assistant at Motion Equity Partners (formerly Cognetas). She has long experience with administrative work within the Private Equity sector and in a global setup.

Claudia Di Guardo joined HitecVision in 2022 from the position as Investment Analyst at NUO Capital, a private equity firm based in Milan backed by Exor and World Wide Investments.

Her previous experience includes working as Associate Consultant at Bain & Company and Investment Analyst at Alternative Capital Partners.

Claudia holds an MSc in Finance from the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan.

Chiara Sgambaro joined HitecVision in 2022 from the position as Investment Analyst at Green Arrow Capital Group, an alternative investment platform, working in the team of the Private Equity division focused on investment in European SMEs.

Previously, she worked for the same Group as Financial Controller of the funds under management and attended an internship at Unicredit Group.

Chiara holds an MSc in Economics and Finance from Ca’Foscari University of Venice.

Francesco Verre joined HitecVision in 2022. Previously he was a Partner at McKinsey & Co in London, where he worked as leader in the Global Energy and Material practice and in the Private Equity service line focused on business and performance turnarounds for energy companies and assets.

Francesco has also held managerial positions in both Eni and Petrofac, and has broad experience in acquisitions, organic growth and turnaround projects.

Francesco holds a Global Executive MBA from IE Business School, an MSc in Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan.
