Apply Sørco has entered into an agreement with Subea Technology Group (STG) to acquire Altra Energy Ltd (Altra).
Altra is a provider of consultancy, engineering and project management services for the upstream oil and gas industry. The company has a good track record of delivering early phase studies, FEED, process analysis and verifications, and its competence will complement Apply Sørco’s current profile and provide a stronger foothold in the UK market.
Altra will increase Apply Sørco’s capacity within the process area. It will further provide a good expansion of the operation support segment. This is an important step in the strategy to expand Apply group’s MMO (Maintenance, Modifications and Operations) business in the North Sea area with an aim to obtain synergies in serving clients across borders.
