HitecVision is pleased to announce the sale of Apply Nemo AS to Kongsberg Oil & Gas Technologies, a subsidiary of Kongsberg Group (OSE:KOG) in an all cash transaction. Apply Nemo, a subsidiary of Apply AS, is a leading supplier of products for subsea pipeline systems.
Apply Nemo (Nemo) was established in 1989 with focus on subsea pipeline engineering and complex solutions and has since been transformed into a product focused organisation offering extensive experience in both subsea engineering and the development and manufacturing of subsea products. Nemo is one of the last leading independent subsea product and design companies, Nemo has 172 employees and a strong market position in the North Sea and Australia, where the company established a presence in 2009.
