Vårgrønn was founded in 2020 as a joint venture between Eni Plenitude and HitecVision. Vårgrønn owns 20% of the Dogger Bank wind farm (3.6 GW) currently under construction in the UK, and 27.4% of operational Baltic 2 (288 MW) in Germany. The company’s ambition is to operate across the entire value chain in offshore wind; development, construction and operations.
