Anders Yttervik joined HitecVisions Corporate and Investor Services team in 2011 in the position as Portfolio Monitoring Officer.

Anders has previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Stavanger, where he was Associate with a client portfolio within the bank/finance and the oil and gas sector. Prior to PwC he worked as a Financial Analysts with BOLT Corporate Finance.

Anders holds an MSc from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.

Ann Mari Nilsen joined HitecVision in 2024. She has many years of experience working as accountant and controller at companies such as Explora Petroleum, Noreco and the Ertvaag Family Office.

Ann Mari is a state authorised public accountant and holds an Executive Master in Business Administration from the University of Stavanger.

Astrid Løvhaugen joined HitecVision in 2007. She has previously worked as an accountant with the audit firm Idsø & Ravnås Revisjon for 11 years. Her work experience also includes several years as an accountant and secretary with KPMG and as an office assistant with Autogard.

Bjarne Aarsland joined HitecVision in 2025 after completing a Master’s degree in Financial Economics at the Norwegian School of Economics.

His previous experience includes internships at Pareto Asset Management, Nysnø, Aker BP and PwC.

Christian A. Bøe joined HitecVision in 2022 from his position as Corporate Finance Manager at EY. He spent almost four years at EY where he participated in several M&A and strategy projects involving sell-side and buy-side advisory, capital raises, financial restructuring and investment analysis within various sectors.

Prior to joining EY, Christian spent three years at Viking Supply Ships in Copenhagen as a Controlling Manager and Corporate Controller.

Christian holds an MSc in Business with major in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo.

Crister Berge joined HitecVision in 2022. In HitecVision, Crister supports all IT and Cyber Security activities, including user support to the employees.

Prior to this he worked as Purchasing and Marketing Manager at Tell, an Apple Premium Reseller. During his 15 years with Tell he was also responsible for business clients, including consulting and support.

Egil Stokka joined HitecVision in 2001 from the position as Corporate Advisor in Marine Shuttle Operations, an oil service asset-based company.

Since joining HitecVision he has worked on a range of investments, most recently responsible partner for Asset Buyout Partners, from its build-up through exit.

He has now taken over the responsibility of compliance, including financial regulatory requirements and reporting to relevant financial supervisory authorities.

Before joining HitecVision Egil spent several years as a lawyer at the law firms of Schjødt and Langangen & Engesæth.

Egil holds a Master of Laws from the University of Oslo and an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Elena Sofia Baraldi joined HitecVision in 2024. She holds a Master of Management from the European School of Management and Technology (ESMT).

Her previous experience includes internships at PwC Germany, Redstone and Facile.It.

Grethe Safar Meisingset joined HitecVision in 2022, from the position as Senior Vice President Strategy & Business Development at TOMRA Collection Solutions (TCS), the world leader in reverse vending and one of the earliest companies promoting the circular economy.

She has been a member of the Executive Leadership Team in TCS, responsible for strategy and business development across new and existing markets, in addition to delivering decision support to the EVP of TCS and the TOMRA Board.

Previously, she spent six years in transaction advisory roles with PwC in Norway and New Zealand. Her latest position being Senior Manager at PwC Deals Oslo, where she was a central member of the Corporate Finance team, leading M&A processes across a wide range of industries.

Grethe holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration with a major in Economic Analysis from the Norwegian School of Economics.

Hedvig Bergjord joined HitecVision in 2024 after completing a Master’s degree in Financial Economics at the Norwegian School of Economics.

Her previous experience includes internships at Varde Hartmark, Stack By.me, Skretting Innovation and Bekk Management Consulting.

Hilde Søraas Hansen assumed the position as HR Director with HitecVision in 2008. She joined from Manpower Professional Executive in Stavanger, where she was Regional Manager. Her 10 years of work experience at Manpower includes executive search and recruiting, external consultancy services on staff competence and development as well as internal personnel management and marketing. Prior to this she worked three years as a sales consultant.

Hilde holds a degree in international marketing and languages from Stavanger College.

Jakob Rief Holst joined HitecVision in 2024 from the position as Senior Associate at PwC Deals, where he worked with valuation, financial analysis and due diligence processes. Previously he has worked at BN Bank, working with product development and financial modelling.

Jakob holds a Master of Business Administration from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

Jan Helland Eide joined HitecVision in 2021 from Scatec ASA, where he was Vice President Project Development and Country Manager Vietnam. He brings extensive knowledge of and experience from the global renewable energy sector.

Jan has played a key role in building Scatec’s presence in Southeast Asia. Most recently he was overall responsible for all project development in the region, ranging from country strategy and entry, project origination (including partnerships and M&A agreements), project development (incl. land and offtake agreements), as well as project structuring until construction start.

He has also been closely involved in Scatec’s broader strategy development over the last years, most recently in taking a leading role in shaping the company’s transformation from a pure-play solar PV company to a broad renewable energy company across emerging markets.

Prior to Scatec, Jan worked as an associate at McKinsey & Co.

Jan holds an MSc from the Technology & Policy program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from INSA de Toulouse in France.

Jone Skaara served as CFO in HitecVision from 2003 to 2005 and rejoined the company in 2014 as a Senior Partner.

He came to HitecVision from the position as Director, Corporate Finance with Swedbank AS in Stavanger, Norway. During his years with Swedbank and its predecessor First Securities he led a large number of projects within the oil and gas industry, acting as an advisor in connection with M&A transactions, IPOs and share issues.

Jone was also previously CEO & CFO of Odim Hitec for two years and he started his career with ABB in Switzerland.

Jone holds an MBA from the University of Colorado.

Kjell-Erik Endresen joined HitecVision’s partner group in 2008. He brings more than 25 years of experience and expertise from the oil and gas sector, having worked at Ernst & Young since 1985 – as a partner from 1997 – and provided auditor and transaction advisory services to large Norwegian and international companies in the sector. Kjell-Erik has headed a large number of projects in connection with IPOs, M&As, share issues and restructuring both in Norway and cross border.

Kjell-Erik is a State Authorised Public Accountant from the Norwegian School of Business Administration.

Kristin Kalheim joined HitecVision in 2012. She is supporting the operation of various administrative activities across the organisation, including management support, welcoming visitors and coordinating meetings.

Before joining HitecVision she worked at a furniture and interior design store, and has several years’ experience as salesperson in the retail industry.

Kristoffer Kleppa joined the graduate programme in 2022 after completing an MSc in Business Administration with a major in Financial Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics.

His previous experience includes internships at Varde Hartmark management consulting company and in the Audit & Assurance division at PwC Bergen.

Lasse Samuelsen Bøe joined HitecVision in 2026 from the position as Senior Financial Analyst at Norsk Hydro, where he had worked since 2022. His responsibilities included financial forecasting, performance management and company-wide business planning and strategy processes.

Prior to Norsk Hydro, Lasse spent three years at Arctic Securities within Investment Banking, most recently in the technology sector team, and previously as an industry generalist focused on M&A and equity capital markets transactions.

Lasse holds an MSc in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU.

Lena Hamre joined HitecVision in 2025 after completing a Master’s degree in Financial Economics at the Norwegian School of Economics.

Her previous experience includes internships at Nysnø and HitecVision.

Line Ebeltoft Huglen joined HitecVision in 2026 from the position as Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. During her time at Bain & Company she worked on client engagements across diverse sectors including private equity, healthcare, and energy, supporting priorities such as due diligence, growth initiatives, and post-merger integration.

Line holds an MSc in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU.

Mariann Bærheim joined HitecVision in 2002 and has more than 20 years’ administrative and operational private equity experience.

During the past years she has held roles of Financial Controller, Financial Manager, Head of Corporate and Investor services before taking up the role as Chief Operation Officer in 2012, responsible for all corporate operating activities.

Her previous experience includes three years in NorAqua AS (now Cargill Aqua Nutrition) as Accounting Manager and as Financial and Administration Manager in Unitech Engineering AS.

Marius Skeide Ruth joined HitecVision in October 2022. He comes from the role as Senior Associate – Assurance at EY, where he has been for 4 years working with clients within E&P and oil service industries, telecommunications and renewable energy companies.

Marius holds an MSc in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Stavanger and an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics. Marius is a State Authorised Public Accountant.

Marte Nesheim joined HitecVision in 2019 from KPMG, where she worked as an auditor for clients within the oil service and shipping sectors.

Marte holds an MSc in Economics and Administration, and an MSc in Auditing and Accounting, both from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) in Bergen, Norway.

Monica Molaug joined HitecVision in 2014, and has had various administrative roles within the company. She is now supporting the Chief Compliance Officer in compliance matters relating to HitecVision and portfolio companies.

Previously she has worked several years in brand stores within the clothing industry, as store manager and responsible for customer service and administration.

Nils Petter Ueland joined HitecVision in 2008. He was previously Senior Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Stavanger, where he worked from 2002.

Nils Petter holds an MSc in Accounting and Auditing from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) in Bergen.

Ole Ertvaag is the founder of HitecVision.

His main role is leading the strategic development of HitecVision’s investment activities, using his more than 30 years of energy industry investment and M&A experience, and has a key role in any decision regarding potential new investments or exits, the strategic development and positioning of portfolio companies, as well as in their financing and leverage structures.

Prior to founding HitecVision in 2000, Ole was the Chief Financial Officer of the oilfield technology company Hitec ASA (HitecVision’s predecessor) from 1989, and later also its Chief Operating Officer.

Ole has a business education from the Norwegian School of Management.

Ove Martin Juul joined HitecVision in 2015 from EY. His position as Senior Associate at EY encompassed a diverse portfolio of companies, ranging from large listed companies to small and medium sized local companies. He has experience auditing companies from various industries both within Norway and internationally.

Ove Martin holds an MSc in Accounting and Auditing from the Norwegian School of Economics, and an Executive Master of Management in Taxation from BI Norwegian Business School. Ove Martin is a State Authorised Public Accountant.

Philip Lonmon joined HitecVision in 2022, from a position as Investment Analyst Renewables at Aquila Capital, a German Alternative Investment Manager where he focused on renewables investments.

His previous experience includes several internships focused on renewable, including Ardian, a French asset manager.

Philip currently focuses on renewables and energy transition investments.

Philip holds an MSc in Management with a major in Corporate Finance from the EM Lyon Business School in France.

Silje Nilsskog joined HitecVision in 2019. During her time in HitecVision she has been part of several of our investments, including the establishment, development and exit of portfolio companies. She has particularly been involved in investments focused on industrial real estate and renewable energy investments, with wind power generation as a key focus area.

Silje holds an MSc in Corporate Finance at the Cass Business School in London.

Sindre Veen Larsen joined HitecVision in 2021 from the role as Manager Assurance at EY, where he worked with clients within the E&P and oil service industries, and with manufacturing businesses and investment companies.

Sindre holds an MSc in Business Administration from the Oslo and Akershus University College and the University of California San Diego, and an MSc in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Stavanger. Sindre is a State Authorised Public Accountant.

Sissel Holm Lutro joined HitecVision in 2018. She supports the operation of various administrative activities across the organisation, including management support, welcoming visitors and coordinating meetings.

She joined HitecVision from a position as administrator at Omega Well Intervention AS. She has long experience from various administrative positions in the energy industry and law.

Tor Espedal joined the HitecVision team in 2010 as Senior Partner. He brings more than 25 years of international oil and gas experience to HitecVision. Tor comes from the position as Vice President of Subsea7s activities on the NCS.

Prior to joining Subsea7, Tor worked 17 years for Statoil in a number of business areas and locations. During his last years at Statoil, he worked on Statoils international E&P strategy (Acquisitions and Divestments) with particular responsibility for the Latin American region. He has extensive international experience, having led a number of major projects and contributed in building Statoils international presence. Tor has an extensive industry network, both nationally and internationally.

Tor has an MSc from the Norwegian School of Management.

Toril Nag joined HitecVision in 2023, from the position as Group Executive Vice President, Telecom with Lyse AS. Lyse, as well as being one of Norway’s largest hydropower producers, has during her tenure become one of the leading providers of fiber and mobile broadband infrastructure suppliers through the Altibox and Ice brands.

Toril brings extensive experience with scaling up businesses through M&A and organic growth in partnerships models. Having been responsible for many of Lyses’s strategic holdings, and has held several positions in industrial and public organisations and committees, including being long-standing chairperson of Norwegian digital tech industry organisation ICT-Norway.

Her previous experience includes five years of senior management positions within financial and professional service roles as Partner and Head of Rogaland and Agder at KPMG, and as Executive Vice President with Danske Bank. Prior to this she has also led various successful business ventures within IT and telecom.

Toril holds a Master in Computer Science from University of Strathclyde.

Vibeke B. Tønnessen joined HitecVision’s Stavanger office as an Administrator in 2014. Prior to this she worked for Statoil as a Project Administrator where she provided project support to the management team and the project as a whole. Her previous experience also includes several Administrative and Secretarial roles within the health and education industries.

Vibeke holds an MSc in Education from the University of Bergen.
