Internship Programme

We are looking for ambitious and exceptional undergraduate and post graduate students.

HitecVision offers a unique opportunity to gain first-hand experience at Norway’s largest private equity firm through our Internship Programme. We are looking for ambitious and talented undergraduate and postgraduate students whose studies focus on finance or related disciplines. You have an excellent academic record from a recognised university or business school, are motivated to pursue a career in private equity, and have a strong interest in finance, the energy sector, and sustainability. Interns will experience the role of a full-time analyst and work alongside our investment professionals on real business challenges.

We offer internships throughout the year (excluding July), with varying durations and scope. In addition to short-term internships, we offer long-term internships of up to one year. All internships are within our Investment team and include training, guidance and exposure to ongoing investment activities.

As an intern, you will be part of HitecVision’s efforts in the energy transition and low-carbon energy sectors, gaining broad exposure to various industry segments, business models, and investment opportunities. The internship offers a strong platform for development in finance, strategy, communication and industry knowledge.

Location

Stavanger is our preferred location. Depending on business needs, Oslo may also be considered. Applicants must specify their preferred office location in their application.
