Simen Helland
Senior Partner
Simen Helland joined HitecVision in 2021. His focus is on transactions and investments in the E&P segment, currently focusing on developing NEO NEXT+, the joint venture of HitecVision, TotalEnergies and Repsol in the UK. Simen came from Carnegie Investment Bank, where he had been since 2017, working on M&A and ECM deals across various industries such as Business Services, Oil Service and TMT. His experience also includes working with Artic Securities and Handelsbanken Capital Markets.
Simen holds an MSc in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
