Einar Gjelsvik

Einar Gjelsvik joined HitecVision in 2014. He currently focuses on the development of NEO NEXT+, the joint venture of HitecVision, TotalEnergies and Repsol in the UK. During his years with the company, Einar has been involved in all transactions and member of the teams responsible for establishing and developing Vår Energi, Sval Energi, CapeOmega and NEO NEXT+. He joined HitecVision from the position as interim CEO in our portfolio company Verus Petroleum (now part of NEO NEXT+). Previously, Einar served as CEO of Noreco (now BlueNord), and held various international positions in bp.

Einar holds an MSc in Chemical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, an MBA in Business Administration and Strategic Management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and is a CFA charterholder.
