Jan Harald Solstad

Jan Harald Solstad joined HitecVision in 2015 following the successful exit of Core Energy AS (a HitecVision Fund V investment), an E&P company he co-founded and led as CEO. He works across the full investment lifecycle, from origination to exit, and serves as lead partner for several portfolio companies. Jan Harald has more than 30 years of experience in the energy industry, spanning entrepreneurship, operations, corporate finance, investment banking, and private equity investing. Prior to joining HitecVision, he held positions with Conoco Norway, EY, and RS Platou Markets, where he was Head of Oil & Gas.
Jan Harald holds an MSc in Business and Economics from the University of Nordland.
