Lirion Power was established in 2025 with the ambition of becoming a major independent power producer in Ireland. Formed as a joint venture with Reinova Partners, the company aims to grow through the acquisition of mid-life operating assets with value-add potential. Lirion targets assets where it can enhance performance through a combination of operational improvements, revenue re-contracting, repowering initiatives and the strategic co-location of solar and battery storage solutions.
