HitecVision Establishes FLUX

HitecVision is pleased to announce the establishment of Flux, a new platform investment in Fund VI. Flux is a buy and build platform aiming to consolidate small and mid-size providers of products and related services in the oil & gas value chain.

The business model is similar to that of the successful Fund V portfolio companies Stream and Axon. A strong management team and board have been recruited, consisting of professionals with significant experience from the sector, including executing buy and build game plans.
