EPSI will make a mandatory offer for the remaining shares in Rocksource

EPSI will make a mandatory offer for the remaining shares in Rocksource in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act. An offer document will be submitted to Oslo Børs for approval in accordance with the Securities Trading Act as soon as possible, following which the mandatory offer will be launched.

Subject to Oslo Børs’ approval of the offer document and related documentation, the mandatory offer will be launched during the week starting 8 December 2014 at a price of NOK 6.00 per Rocksource share.

EPSI is a HitecVision VII L.P. investment and is represented on the board of directors of Rocksource.
