CapeOmega acquires Njord Gas Infrastructure

CapeOmega Holding has entered into a sales and purchase agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Njord Gas Infrastructure Holding AS (NGI) from USB International Infrastructure Fund Holding Cooperatie UA (UBS) and Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC). NGI holds a 8.036% participating interest in the Gassled JV.

The closing of the Agreement is subject to approval by the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, Ministry of Finance, and the Norwegian Competition Authority. UBS and CDC retains all upside and cost in relation to the ongoing litigation regarding Gassled tariffs.
