Vårgrønn was established in 2020 as a joint venture between Eni Plenitude and HitecVision. The company owns 20% of the Dogger Bank wind farm (3.6 GW) off the coast of England, and 27.4% of the operational Baltic 2 wind farm (288 MW) in Germany, alongside a portfolio of development projects. Vårgrønn is active across the offshore wind value chain, from development through construction to operations.
